Organizational Structure

Jamaat Ibad Ar Rahman, Inc. is managed by a ten-member Board of Directors, who are elected by the general body of members. Board members are elected for three-year staggered terms with three board members elected annually. Officers of the corporation, which include a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, are elected annually by the Board of Directors. The Chairman and Vice Chairman must be members of the Board of Directors. Additional vice chairmans, assistant secretaries and treasurers can be elected as needed.

Standing committees of the corporation include the Nominating Committee, Finance Committee and Property Management Committee. Committee members are appointed by the Chairman. Ad hoc committees can be formed by the Board of Directors as needed.
