Classes for Men, Women and Children

Jamaat Ibad Ar-Rahman has several education programs and classes available. The Imam teaches classes in Quran during the week. The current schedule for Spring 2012 is shown in the table below.

“Morality in the Quran” concentrates on the good manners that Allah mentioned in his Book. The main objective is to apply good manners in our daily life.

“Tafseer-ul-Quran” course focuses on the explanation of the book Allah by providing a clear picture for each surah and to shed light on the historical background on the surah. Upon finishing this courses students will be able to understand the meaning of the Quran.

“Tajweed Classes” are designed for students who want to beautify their recitation of the Quran using the rules of Tajweed. Upon mastering this course you will be able to recite Quran fluently.

An-Noor Weekend School

An -Noor School is our Islamic Sunday school program for children ages 4 to 15. Classes are held on Sundays from 10:30am – 1:30pm at our Parkwood facility. An-Noor runs during the Fall and Spring semester. There is no Summer session. Further information can be found here.

Al-Huda Academy

Al-Huda currently offers a full time Islamic school for Pre-K and Kindergarden classes. The school is run by teachers whose primary academic objective is to introduce and instill the main teachings of Islam into our students. They offer NC Curriculum plus Islamic studies and Quran.
